After Choking Up Earlier Clinton Shouts: ‘What Difference … Does It Make?’

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was asked about ascertaining whether the Benghazi terror attack was the result of a protest by Senator Ron Johnson. “What difference, at this point, does it make?” Clinton shouted, seemingly losing her cool.

“With all due respect, the fact is we had four dead Americans. Was it because of a protest or was it because of guys out for a walk one night decided to go kill some Americans? What difference, at this point, does it make?”

UPDATE: And earlier Clinton choked up:

“For me, this is not just a matter of policy, it’s personal,” said Clinton, holding back tears. “I stood next to President Obama as the Marines carried those flag-draped caskets off the plane at Andrews. I put my arms around the mothers and fathers, sisters and brothers, sons and daughters. It has been one of the greatest honors of my life to lead the men and women of the State Department and USAID. Nearly 70,000 serving here in Washington and at more than 275 posts around the world. They get up and go to work every day — often in difficult and dangerous circumstances thousands of miles from home — because they believe as we believe the United States is the most extraordinary force for peace and progress the earth has ever known.”

  1. if we did not have the money to protect them then why didn’t you evacuate them instead you risked their lives…congress is not at fault for your poor judgement , and what makes it worse is you blamed it on a video putting another man in possible harms way by muslims in this country

  2. That last line in the article goes against everything that’s been in the news lately. Fast & Furious, 16 Fighters being sold to questionable friends, and tons of money to more of those questionable friends. The governments actions here at home are destabilizing the country and separating the races.
I’m a firm believer in “Peace through superior firepower” (in our hands). How many of these third world pissant kings have we made only to have them turn on us at some point down the road.
The United States used to set the standard. Now it’s as if we are being dragged down on par with everyone else. In the world view; we are a joke because of leaders like this.

  3. Find these militants, look for them, hell, they have made no effort to do either, we should have had troopers on the ground immediately, who the hell is she to say it doesn’t matter when it does matter, especially when she came out swinging and falsely accusing others for hers and this Kenyan Hut Jumping Ghetto Crackers major screw ups, it matters to the victims families and friends, it matters to Americans who are sick of this evil witches excuses and cover ups…I’ve never put to thought of ever raising my hands to a woman ever, but gawd almighty I want to beat her with my own hands, my Redneck is in full colors!
And John McCain is a coward, hugging and pacifying this Pole Cat as if to comfort her prior to this hearing was a sickening display of lawlessness and proof of a passive elitist pack of GOP white washing crooks, my gawd what a mess we have allowed and the people who voted these inhuman curr dogs into office need to be stripped and whipped, here at home, we call the devils of em swamp food…And it’s feeding time, it’s time for a reckoning…
