CAIR demands that Senate deny Israel the right to protect itself

Yesterday the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation Hamas-fundraising trial, encouraged citizens to contact their senators asking them to block a visa-waiver provision in the United States-Israel Strategic Partnership Act of 2013.  The provision adds Israel to a list of 37 trusted friends and allies of the United States whose citizens may travel to the United States for tourism or business for up to 90 days without having to obtain a visa.

To be approved for the program by the Department of Homeland Security and State Department, Israel must make ‘every reasonable effort, without jeopardizing the security of the State of Israel, to ensure that reciprocal travel privileges are extended to all United States citizens.’  Candidate countries must have a very low non-immigrant visa refusal rate of not more than 3% as specified in Section 217 (c)(2)(A) of Immigration and Nationality Act, as well as ongoing compliance with the immigration laws of the United States.  Therefore, for the provision to have reached the senate floor, Israel must have been found by the U.S. government to be in compliance with all of these stringent requirements.

Nevertheless, CAIR asserts that passage of the act “would make American Muslims and Arab-Americans ‘second class citizens’” and that the U.S. ‘would diminish the rights of its own citizens in order to facilitate the discriminatory practices of a foreign government.’

Thus, CAIR is equating ‘those who would harm Israel’s national security’ with ‘all American Muslims.’  CAIR is propagating the very religious stereotypes it purportedly seeks to counter, by assuming that Israel’s legitimate right to neutralize threats would maliciously and disproportionately target Muslim Americans.  The DHS and State Department have determined that Israel’s screening methods are legitimate, and target those who are judged to be an objective threat to Israel’s security, regardless of race or religion.

Israel is surrounded on all sides by hostile entities ruled by Islamists, Iranian-proxies, secular dictators, and the Muslim Brotherhood affiliate Hamas in Gaza, who regularly rain rockets down on Israeli civilians.  Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorists originating in Gaza and Judea and Samaria constantly seek to carry out terrorist attacks in Israel proper.  Note that CAIR itself descends from the Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP), founded by Hamas operative Mousa Abu Marzook, and thus has a vested interest in enabling Israel’s Muslim Brotherhood enemies operating both internally and externally.  Israel has every reason to be concerned about ‘homegrown terrorists’ among American citizens, and it is absurd to expect Israel to give the green light to any and all U.S citizens without sensible screening processes.

This latest CAIR initiative once again belies it’s claim to be ‘America’s largest Muslim civil liberties and advocacy organization.’  Instead it is America’s premier Muslim Brotherhood front group, promoting soft ‘civilization jihad’ domestically while running interference for terrorists who would physically harm America’s international allies such as Israel.

In typically disrespectful and offensive fashion, Muslim Americans (for “Palestine”) have issued the latest blood libel against the Jews on the holy day of Passover.

The Islamic supremacists announced triumphantly in a press release Friday that an “Israeli Apartheid ad” was going to begin to appear in New York train stations on Monday (Passover began Monday night). “The American Muslims for Palestine” described itself as a “national grassroots organization educating the public about Palestine and its rich cultural and historical heritage” – not an easy job to do for a made-up country and a fictional people.

They said that their new “nationwide outdoor advertising campaign” called for “an end to Israeli apartheid and to unconditional American aid for Israel.” And they said that the New York run was just the beginning, and that the ads would run elsewhere around the country as well.

And so again, with little fanfare and no outraged opposition or media firestorm or condemnation, Muslim Jew-haters are running their fourth repulsive anti-Semitic campaign in the New York City transit system. It is important to point out that it is these campaigns that were the impetus for the pro-Israel and #MyJihad campaigns of my organization, the American Freedom Defense Initiative, or AFDI. And I can assure you that this latest Goebbels-style demonization of the Jews will not go unanswered. We are working feverishly right now to get ads responding to these ready for submission.

Apartheid? Anne Bayefsky notes that “there were once an estimated 900,000 Jews” in the Muslim world, “but today there are less than a few thousand. They were given a choice: Die, convert or flee.” That’s apartheid. (CNSNews.com) – America’s free-speech model is in desperate need of an update, says an American-Muslim human rights activist who recently spoke at an event linked to an Obama administration appointee.

Dr. Qasim Rashid argued that cyber-bullying laws could be used to limit freedom of expression – such as the burning of Korans — in war time:

“When a nation is at war, many things that might be said in times of peace are a hindrance to this effort,” Rashid said on March 19 at Howard University. “And their utterance will not be endured so long as men fight and…no court can regard them as protected by any constitutional right.”

Rashid began his remarks by personally thanking Dr. Azizah al-Hibri, appointed by President Barack Obama to the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) in June 2011. Al-Hibri founded Karamah, a group devoted to the rights of Muslim women, and it was this group that invited Rashid to speak.

“I do want to start by thanking Karamah,” Rashid said. “I was fortunate enough to have several constitutional scholars look at this paper and provide feedback. Dr. al-Hibri, of course…”

The topic of the March 19 event at Howard University was titled, “The Limits of Free Speech in a Global Era: Does America’s Free Speech Model Endanger Muslim Americans?”

“Our understanding of free speech today is not some long-held 227- or 235-year understanding,” said Rashid, a member of the Muslim Writers Guild of America, who presented a paper titled “In Harm’s Way: The Desperate Need to Update America’s Current Free Speech Model.”

The Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America (AMJA) opposes offensive jihad in the West, but for reasons that may surprise you. In an Arabic fatwa (religious decree) that doesn’t appear on its English website, it states that “the Islamic community does not possess the strength to engage in offensive jihad at this time [emphasis added].”

This doesn’t mean that all jihad is to be abandoned. “With our current capabilities, we are aspiring towards defensive jihad, and to improve our position with regards to jurisprudence at this stage. But there is a different discussion for each situation,” it said.

It is important to notice that it was issued in Arabic on the website of its Secretary-General, Salah Al-Sawy. Even though AMJA is based in Sacramento and its mission is to serve their American Muslim audience, it decided against issuing this fatwa in English. If it wasn’t translated by the Translating Jihad blog and reported by Andrew Bostom in 2011, we probably wouldn’t know about it.

Deception is something that AMJA approves of. In an English-language fatwa on its website, issued by Al-Sawy inAMJA Secretary-General Salah Al-Sawy 2005, Muslims are authorized to lie for the sake of “repulsing evil” if there are “compelling strokes of necessity.” In that case, “he can indirectly say something that his listener can understand something else.”

The Formidable Islamist Minority in America

A summary of polls about the ideological makeup of the Muslim-American community shows that the majority is moderate, but there is a formidable minority influenced by Islamist doctrine. A significant number are refusing to give answers or are still figuring out where they stand on issues like terrorism and Sharia Law.

The number one question is how many Muslim-Americans support terrorism. A 2011 Pew poll found very little support for Al-Qaeda, with only 2% viewing the terrorist group very favorably, 3% somewhat favorably and 11% somewhat unfavorably. About 70% view Al-Qaeda very unfavorably, an increase of 12% since 2007.

There are 2.6 million Muslim-Americans, a number that is expected to rise to 6.2 million by 2030. This means there are 130,000 Muslim-Americans who will admit that they view Al-Qaeda favorably and that assumes there are no supporters among the 14% who did not answer the question. Plus, the survey did not poll support for Hamas, Hezbollah, the Muslim Brotherhood and other groups.

Only 1% of Muslim-Americans say violence against civilians to defend Islam is “often” justified. About 7% say it is sometimes justified and 5% say it is rarely justified. Approximately 81% say attacks on civilians are never justified. Of course, the definition of “civilian” varies. Hamas supporters, for example, argue that there is no such thing as an Israeli civilian. The survey did not poll support for attacks on soldiers.

The 2007 Pew poll found that about 49% feel mosques should stay out of politics and about the same amount feel the Koran should not be taken entirely literally. The survey concluded that Muslim immigrants are more moderate on this issue than those who were born here.

“Native-born Muslims express overwhelming support for the notion that mosques should express their views on social and political matters. By contrast, a large majority of foreign-born Muslims—many of whom are from countries where religion and politics are often closely intertwined—say that mosques should be kept out of political matters,” the report said.

Perhaps the most surprising findings were related to social issues. The Pew 2011 poll shows that 39% feel that homosexuality should be accepted by society, an increase of 12% from 2007. On the issue of multiple wives, a Wenzel Strategies poll released in October found 22% support allowing polygamy.

The findings related to Sharia Law and specific elements of Islamist doctrine were less comforting.

The Wenzel poll found that almost 40% strongly or somewhat agree that Sharia Law should be the supreme law of the country. A slight majority oppose that proposition, with 35% strongly disagreeing and 18% somewhat disagreeing. However, when presented with a more refined question about what to do if Sharia conflicts with the U.S. Constitution, 70% would follow the Constitution and only 9% would follow Sharia Law. About 21% were undecided.

There is high support for restricting freedom of speech in compliance with Sharia Law.

About 59% feel that criticism of Islam or its founder is not permitted under the First Amendment. Only 41% disagreed. Shockingly, 52% strongly or somewhat support criminal charges against those that criticize or parody Islam, while 33% oppose it. Nearly 15% strongly or somewhat support executing critics of their religion. About 70% strongly oppose it and around 11% only somewhat oppose it.

Only about 30% believe that Americans have the right to encourage Muslims to leave their faith. Around 45% disagree. Note that this question isn’t about whether people should proselytize to Muslims. It’s about whether doing so is a constitutional right.

The polls indicate that the Muslim-American community is more moderate than its counterparts overseas on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. A 2011 Gallup poll found that over 80% support a two-state solution. However, the 2011 Pew poll shows only 61% believe a two-state solution that respects the rights of Palestinians is possible. About 20% feel it is impossible, matching Gallup’s result.

The Wenzel poll directly asked Muslim-Americans whether Israel has a right to exist. About 46% strongly agreed that it does and 21% somewhat agree. Only 8% strongly disagree, essentially supporting the elimination of the state of Israel. Another 8% somewhat disagree that Israel has a right to exist and 16% were unsure.

Muslim-American Groups Silent on Anti-Democratic Moves in Egypt

Over 200,000 Egyptians protested in Tahrir Square against President Mohammed Morsi’s decree granting himself absolute power. This is the top story in the Muslim world right now, but strangely, there is nothing but silence from prominent Muslim-American groups who cheered on the revolution against President Mubarak and instantly condemned Israel for retaliating against the terrorist Hamas regime.

The websites of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, the Islamic Society of North America, the Islamic Circle of North America, the Muslim American Society, the Muslim Students Association National and American Muslims for Palestine aren’t speaking out against Morsi. Actually, they aren’t speaking at all about his power grab and the subsequent protests of hundreds of thousands.

Sometimes, what someone doesn’t do tells you more about them than what they actually do. This is one such case. These groups were elated at the toppling of the regime of Egyptian President Mubarak. They insisted that their cries of joy were about the arrival of freedom and democracy in the largest Arab country. Now, the Muslim Brotherhood President of Egypt is undermining that same freedom and democracy they claimed to support and we hear nothing.

The double-standard is explained by the fact that these groups are Muslim Brotherhood creations and Mohammed Morsi belongs to the Muslim Brotherhood umbrella organization located in Egypt. Their conferences always feature Islamists tied to the Muslim Brotherhood, many of which are on record supported Hamas and the eventual goal of turning the U.S. into an Islamic State.

Federal Lawsuit Exposes Massive CAIR Fraud and Cover-up

Washington,  D.C. (November 26, 2012) – Last Friday, the Law Offices of David  Yerushalmi, P.C. and the American Freedom Law Center (AFLC) filed a  devastating legal brief supported by hundreds of pages of evidence,  asking a federal judge to find the Council on American-Islamic Relations  (CAIR) liable to five of its former clients for fraud, breach of  fiduciary duty, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.  The  legal brief demonstrates beyond any reasonable doubt that CAIR is a  criminal organization that deceptively holds itself out to the public as  the nation’s largest Muslim-American civil rights organization.

The brief and supporting evidence were filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in two companion cases, Saiyed v. CAIR and Lopez v. CAIR,  in which David Yerushalmi is lead counsel.  The brief and supporting  evidence overwhelmingly demonstrate that CAIR was involved in a massive  criminal fraud and cover-up that injured numerous client-victims who had  looked to CAIR for legal assistance, yet the CAIR “attorney” allegedly  handling their cases was in fact not an attorney.

Yerushalmi,  who is also Co-Founder and Senior Counsel of AFLC, commented, “The  evidence has long suggested that CAIR is an organization set up by the  Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas to further its aims of stealth Jihad in the  United States,” referring to the fact that CAIR was named by the  federal government as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land  Foundation terrorism financing trial.  “According to the facts that are  carefully laid out in our legal brief and fully supported by the record  evidence,” Yerushalmi explained, “CAIR has engaged in a massive criminal  fraud in which numerous CAIR clients have been victimized, and because  of the CAIR cover-up many still don’t realize it.  The fact that CAIR  has victimized Muslims and non-Muslims alike demonstrates that it is  only looking out for itself and its ongoing efforts to bilk donors out  of millions of dollars of charitable donations thinking they are  supporting a legitimate organization.”

Five  former clients of CAIR filed the two lawsuits in federal court alleging  common law and statutory fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and  intentional infliction of emotional distress against CAIR.  These two  lawsuits followed an earlier lawsuit which had also alleged that CAIR’s  fraudulent conduct amounted to racketeering, a federal RICO crime.  In  that case, the court dismissed the RICO counts, concluding that CAIR’s  conduct as alleged was fraudulent but not a technical violation of RICO.   The two civil lawsuits were filed by Yerushalmi on January 6, 2010,  and because they arise out of the same facts, the cases were  consolidated.

The  supporting evidence, which was compiled after more than a year and a  half of contentious discovery that involved numerous document requests,  motions to compel the production of documents that CAIR was concealing,  and multiple depositions of high-ranking CAIR officials, shows that  Morris Days, the “Resident Attorney” and “Civil Rights Manager” at the  now defunct CAIR-MD/VA chapter in Herndon, Virginia, was in fact not an  attorney and that he failed to provide legal services for clients who  came to CAIR for legal representation.  The evidence also shows that  CAIR knew of this fraud and purposefully conspired with Days to keep the  CAIR clients from discovering that their legal matters were being  mishandled or not handled at all.  While Yerushalmi and AFLC represent  the five plaintiffs in these two lawsuits, three of whom are Muslim  Americans, according to CAIR’s internal documents, there were many more  victims of the CAIR fraud scheme.

As  set forth in the court filings, CAIR knew or should have known that Days  was not a lawyer when it hired him.  But, like many organizations  accused of wrongdoing, things got worse when CAIR officials were  confronted with clear evidence of Days’ fraudulent conduct.  Rather than  come clean and attempt to rectify past wrongs, CAIR conspired with Days  to conceal and further the fraud.  To this end, CAIR officials  purposefully concealed the truth about Days from the clients, law  enforcement, and the media.  When CAIR did receive calls from irate  clients about Days’ failure to provide competent legal services, CAIR  fraudulently deceived them about Days’ relationship with CAIR,  suggesting that he was never actually employed by CAIR.

Robert  Muise, co-counsel in the lawsuit and Co-Founder and Senior Counsel of  AFLC, commented: “The overwhelming evidence marshaled in this case will  finally put to rest the myth fabricated by CAIR’s PR machine and  perpetrated by a complicit media that this is a legitimate  Muslim-American civil rights organization.  This lawsuit strips away  CAIR’s veil of legitimacy.”

State Dept. Officials Meet With Brotherhood-Linked Activist

American Muslims for Palestine boasts that a member of its national board, Osama Abu Irshaid, was part of a delegation organized by the U.S. Campaign for the End of the Israeli Occupation that met with State Department officials on June 26. Irshaid says that Hamas rocket fire (which target civilian population centerss) are a form of “legitimate resistance” and he used to be the editor of a Muslim Brotherhood front’s newspaper.

Irshaid used to be the editor of the Islamic Association for Palestine’s Arabic newspaper, Al-Zaytounah. Internal Muslim Brotherhood documents unequivocally confirm that this organization was one of its fronts set up to promote the Hamas agenda. IAP events and publications consistently featured Hamas propaganda.

The Investigative Project on Terrorism documents that he refers to Hamas as “the resistance” and justified its firing of rockets into Israel.

“So instead of blaming the victim [Hamas], we should look at the criminal and the murderer. And instead of blaming the victim that even though if they’re firing rockets, regardless, now this is according to the international law should be a legitimate resistance, because they are under occupation,” he said.

The group Irshaid is currently a board member of, American Muslims for Palestine, calls for the destruction of Israel and features Brotherhood-linked speakers. Its event in Illinois on November 22-25 has many Brotherhood-linked speakers that have stated their support for Hamas and suicide bombings. Everything we see happening around us has been preplanned. From the organizations and their objectives, the politics, the fundraising, to the incitement of the hatred of Jews. It is all part of the goal of the Muslim Brotherhood.

A recent article in Frontpagemag, “Muslims Have More DNC Delegates than Montana, Utah and Oklahoma Put Together” listed some very interesting stats,

The statement that there are 100 Muslim delegates comes from CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) and can be found in an article that was published by the Washington Post on September 5, 2012,

The number of Muslim delegates attending the Democratic National Convention has quadrupled since 2004, according to a Muslim advocacy group.

The Washington-based Council on American-Islamic Relations counts more than 100 Muslim delegates representing some 20 states at the Democratic convention in Charlotte, N.C., this week. That’s up from 25 delegates in 2004, according to CAIR.

The Washington Post article continued with a quote from Robert McCaw,

CAIR government affairs coordinator Robert McCaw said the numbers were “a sign of the American Muslim community’s growing civic engagement and acceptance in the Democratic Party.” He also said that Democrats had targeted outreach to American Muslims.

The statement, “the numbers were a sign of the American Muslim community’s growing civic engagement and acceptance” reminded me of one specific part of the Muslim Brotherhood plan known as “The Project” and I decided that it was time to revisit it given the upcoming elections and world events.

The document, known in counterterrorism circles as “The Project”, was recovered in a raid by Swiss authorities in November 2001, just two months after 9/11. The 14-page plan written in Arabic and dated December 1, 1982, outlines a 12-point strategy to “establish an Islamic government on earth” – identified as The Project.

The following points are among the many recommendations made in “The Project”,

• Networking and coordinating actions between likeminded Islamist organizations;

• Avoiding open alliances with known terrorist organizations and individuals to maintain the appearance of “moderation”;

• Infiltrating and taking over existing Muslim organizations to realign them towards the Muslim Brotherhood’s collective goals;

• Using deception to mask the intended goals of Islamist actions, as long as it doesn’t conflict with shari’a law;

• Avoiding social conflicts with Westerners locally, nationally or globally, that might damage the long-term ability to expand the Islamist powerbase in the West or provoke a lash back against Muslims;

• Establishing financial networks to fund the work of conversion of the West, including the support of full-time administrators and workers;

• Conducting surveillance, obtaining data, and establishing collection and data storage capabilities;

• Putting into place a watchdog system for monitoring Western media to warn Muslims of “international plots fomented against them”;

• Cultivating an Islamist intellectual community, including the establishment of think-tanks and advocacy groups, and publishing “academic” studies, to              legitimize Islamist positions and to chronicle the history of Islamist movements;

• Developing a comprehensive 100-year plan to advance Islamist ideology throughout the world;

• Balancing international objectives with local flexibility;

• Building extensive social networks of schools, hospitals and charitable organizations dedicated to Islamist ideals so that contact with the movement for  Muslims in the West is constant;

• Involving ideologically committed Muslims in democratically-elected institutions on all levels in the West, including government, NGOs, private organizations and labor unions;

• Instrumentally using existing Western institutions until they can be converted and put into service of Islam;

• Drafting Islamic constitutions, laws and policies for eventual implementation;

• Avoiding conflict within the Islamist movements on all levels, including the development of processes for conflict resolution;

• Instituting alliances with Western “progressive” organizations that share similar goals;

• Creating autonomous “security forces” to protect Muslims in the West;

• Inflaming violence and keeping Muslims living in the West “in a jihad frame of mind”;

• Supporting jihad movements across the Muslim world through preaching, propaganda, personnel, funding, and technical and operational support;

• Making the Palestinian cause a global wedge issue for Muslims;

• Adopting the total liberation of Palestine from Israel and the creation of an Islamic state as a keystone in the plan for global Islamic domination;

• Instigating a constant campaign to incite hatred by Muslims against Jews and rejecting any discussions of conciliation or coexistence with them;

• Actively creating jihad terror cells within Palestine;

• Linking the terrorist activities in Palestine with the global terror movement;

• Collecting sufficient funds to indefinitely perpetuate and support jihad around the world;

What reminded me of the “Project” was the CAIR comment about the 100 plus Muslim delegates. One of the specific goals that the “Project” has, as noted above,

Involving ideologically committed Muslims in democratically-elected institutions on all levels in the West, including government, NGOs, private organizations and labor unions

As the saying goes, “it’s right out of the (Muslim Brotherhood) playbook”.

This is no coincidence, nor does it just happen to be a group of patriotic American Muslims. I have yet meet or hear any Muslim here in America refer to themselves as a “American Muslim” as opposed to a “Muslim American”.

Interestingly, until post 9/11 Muslims were overwhelmingly Republican. According to the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), 78 percent of Muslims voted Republican in 2000.

The switch to the Democratic Party by an overwhelming number of Muslims is simple… It is the same party that wants to stifle religion yet backs the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on Resolution 16/18 on issues of freedom of religion and speech. In other words: making it a criminal offense to speak negatively on Islam or Muslims.

Consider recent happenings in the U.S. and Europe it is  all out of the playbook, all for just one goal, to “establish an Islamic government on earth”,

Radical Islam Joins the DNC

Starting at the end of this month the Democratic National Convention will open with a focus on Islam.  20,000 Muslims are expected to attend according to the Bureau of Indigenous Muslim Affairs (BIMA), the national Muslim American non-profit coordinating the two days of events they claim are non-political.  ”Jumah at the DNC” begins August 29 and will start with a Friday afternoon jummah prayer followed by other unnamed programs and events, leading up to the Islamic Regal Banquet. The following day will be an all day Islamic Cultural and Fun Fest which will include discussions on the topics of Islamaphobia, Anti-Shariah, Middle Eastern Crisis, Patriot Act, National Defense Authorization Act and more.  The purpose, according to BIMA, is to attract national and international attention to the plight of American Muslims and to hold political parties accountable for issues that affect them.  However, not all Muslims feel that BIMA represents them and M. Zuhdi Jasser M.D., Founder and President of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy, has expressed serious concerns.

It is troubling that the Democratic National Convention has decided to promote and lend its name and national political platform to the organizers of the “Jummah at the DNC”. The leaders of this event – Jibril Hough and Imam Siraj Wahhaj as advertised are no moderates. They are radicals. These individuals embrace Islamist supremacy and have demonstrated support for radical ideologies.

A quick Google search by the DNC would have shown them that Hough and Wahhaj are leaders in the separatist American Islamist movement. While they may be able to get a few thousand Muslims to attend the event, they are NOT going to be mainstream Muslims.  Most will likely come from Hough and Wahhaj’s radical networks that have long been entrenched in the Charlotte area. Make no mistake they are part of the Islamist movement.

This is not about their right of assembly; this group under a different name pulled the same stunt at the US capitol in 2009 claiming 20k and getting 2-3k. THIS IS ABOUT the DNC calling this an “official function” listing these radicals as typical of the DNC community and more importantly about this organization speaking out AS representing supposedly typical American Muslims (or “Mainstream”).

If that is who the DNC is consorting with then all Americans, Democrats should be concerned. There are many patriotic Muslims who are part of both parties, and when radical ideologues like this do a demonstration of “solidarity” in the name of our faith and choose an imam like Siraj Wahhaj who I saw with my own eyes in 1995 seditiously say it his duty and our duty as Muslims to replace the US Constitution with the Quran- then we need to speak up!

Their jummah (group) prayer is supposedly against the Patriot Act, the NYPD, and Islamophobia and is actually NOT about our democracy but about empowering their Islamist and MB (Muslim Brotherhood) sympathetic groups into the very fabric of the political system so that Americans become anesthetized. We need American Muslims to speak up and marginalize these radicals. The DNC needs to understand and reject them because of their radical history and ideas.

They use our American Muslim identity to speak as “one community” as a political unit or as a “bloc vote” – a political Islamist party when in fact most us Muslims don’t want that political unity and seek reform against their ideology that seeks to hijack our community. They do not represent us. (emphasis mine)

In fact, Zuhdi Jasser is correct, Jibril Hough and Imam Siraj Wahhaj have said and done radical things in their past.  Which means either the Democrats failed to utilize due diligence or they simply didn’t care.  In addition to the Muslims being misrepresented, Democrats and Charlotteans also have a right to know how the DNC has failed them before they even arrive in Charlotte.
