Keith Ellison keynotes CAIR gala in NYC

Conservative Review, by Jordan  Schachtel, Feb. 28, 2018:

Over the weekend, Congressman Keith Ellison (who also serves as deputy chairman of the DNC) was the keynote speaker for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) New York chapter’s annual gala.

CAIR was founded in the early ’90s with the explicit goal of raising both financial and legislative support for the Hamas terrorist organization that now rules the Gaza Strip. The group was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism-financing case in U.S. history. It is now designatedas a terrorist organization in the UAE.

The New York chapter of CAIR is one of the most extremist-connected entities of a national organization that positions itself as a civil rights group. Quite a few CAIR-NY staffers and officials have in the past expressed support for Hamas and other fringe groups.

Current CAIR-NY board chairman Zead Ramadan has compared “anti-Muslim rhetoric” in America to the Nazi treatment of the Jews. Ramadan has also pointedly refused to condemn Hamas.

Former CAIR-NY board member Lamis Deek has offered support for Islamist uprisings against the “imperialist” United States. Deek also urged Muslims not to comply with federal counterterrorism investigations.

Cyrus McGoldrick, another former CAIR-NY official, has explicitly endorsed Hamas. In 2015, McGoldrick flew to Iran and went on its state-controlled media channels to curse the United States.

The current CAIR-NY legal director, Albert Cahn, recently provided legal representation to the ISIS truck terrorist who killed eight people in Manhattan late last year. In a statement to the press following the attack, Cahn said he was “outraged by the behavior of law enforcement officials” in dealing with his terrorist client.

Here’s a photo of Cahn and Ellison from over the weekend.

The DNC deputy chairman has been in the news lately for all the wrong reasons.

In January, he endorsed a book that promotes the ideology of Antifa, a communist organization that is considered a domestic terrorist group by both the DHS and FBI.

Conservative Review found that the Ellison-endorsed book calls for physical violence against Antifa’s opponents. “In truth, violence represents a small though vital sliver of anti-fascist activity,” a passages from the book reads.

We also recently learned that Ellison has a continuing relationship with the anti-Semitic preacher Louis Farrakhan, who is also a Nazi admirer and a 9/11 truther. Ellison has met with the bigoted Nation of Islam leader at least three times since entering office.

And Ellison recently attended a private dinner hosted by the president of the terrorist regime in Iran.

The DNC deputy chair’s career has been rife with conspiracy theories and fringe positions. His embrace and promotion of the terror-tied CAIR is just Ellison’s latest move in a congressional tenure filled with controversy.

‘Designating’ Antifa a Terrorist Organization Is a Bad Idea

National Review, by Andrew C. McCarthy, Aug. 31, 2017:

The violent radical leftist group that goes by the Orwellian name “Antifa” (anti-fascist) “is thuggish in its tactics and totalitarian in its sensibility,” as Rich Lowry forcefully put it in a column on Tuesday. It also engages in terrorism. The eye-test leaves no doubt about that.

Neither does federal law. Section 2331(5) of the U.S. penal code defines domestic terrorism as activities that occur primarily within the United States; that “involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State”; and that “appear to be intended” to accomplish at least one of the following three objectives:

(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;

(ii) to influence a state or federal government policy by intimidation or coercion; or

(iii) to affect such a government’s conduct by “mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping.”

Antifa arguably intends all three.

No surprise, then, are the increasing calls that this — what to call it: movement? cabal? conspiracy? enterprise? network? — should be “designated” (or “labeled”) a terrorist organization. This is an understandable reaction, especially here on the political right, which Antifa targets. Still, the suggestion is misguided.

While domestic terrorism is defined in federal law, it is not criminalized as such — unlike international terrorism. Nor, significantly, does federal law prescribe a formal designation process for domestic terrorist organizations, as it does for foreign terrorist organizations. There are very good reasons for this, several of which I outlined in an NRO column during the Charlottesville mayhem.

There are federal-law processes for designating foreign and international terrorism because defending against foreign threats to national security is primarily a federal responsibility. The foreign-terrorist designation process helps the United States to deter and punish activities over which we might otherwise have no jurisdiction — including activities that occur completely or primarily outside U.S. territory (e.g., the 1998 bombings of U.S. embassies in East Africa and the 2000 bombing of a naval destroyer in Yemen). This is not something the states can effectively address. It makes international terrorism saliently different from domestic terrorism, the activities of which unquestionably violate a plethora of state laws.

The designation of foreign terrorist organizations exploits the fact that their operatives do not have the same degree of constitutional protection as American citizens. Much as we revile domestic terrorists, we do not want Americans — citizens, presumed innocent, fully protected by the Constitution — treated the same way, particularly when they are easily investigated, infiltrated, prosecuted, and imprisoned under domestic law, primarily state law.

For the most part, foreign terrorists are aliens. There is a smattering of U.S. nationals among them, but because foreign terrorist organizations are deemed foreign powers, Americans who act as their agents operate in an ambit of heightened federal national-security power.

The legal process of designating foreign actors as terrorists is designed to facilitate the surveillance of alien operatives. Unlike Americans suspected of crimes, these foreign agents may be subjected to eavesdropping and searches under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act without showing probable cause of a crime. The designation of foreign terrorists and their facilitators further enables the government to track, freeze, and seize the assets of persons and entities suspected of foreign terror ties. In addition, once an organization is designated a foreign terrorist organization, it is a serious felony violation for any person to provide that organization with material support. There is no analogous crime of providing material support to domestic terrorism.

In the aforementioned column, I explained why we treat Americans differently:

Terrorism is often bound up with dissent against our country and our government’s policies. . . . When protest is internal, when it is engaged in by Americans against the government and other groups of Americans, it often involves constitutionally protected political speech and assembly. Moreover, our regard for the privacy interests of our fellow Americans — even those who have come to hold their own country in contempt — is considerably higher than it is for foreign actors, and that limits the degree of surveillance and other police intrusion we are willing to abide. After all, the Constitution is a guarantee of the inherent rights of Americans; it does not grant those rights, and therefore the government, in upholding the Constitution, does not get to pick and choose which Americans are protected.

When it comes to national security, then, we do not want the federal government investigating the constitutionally protected activities of Americans unless there are solid grounds to believe they are serving a foreign power (including a foreign or international terrorist organization). This is not just an airy theoretical position. There is a dark history of federal-government excess in investigations of sedition. Probes involving Communist penetration of our government and violent political radicalism in our streets have infamously resulted in domestic spying against innocent Americans who, however misguided their policy preferences may have been, were neither traitors nor insurrectionists.

Let’s put aside the civil-rights concerns for a moment. The principal effect of a formal, national designation process would be to federalize domestic anti-terrorism enforcement. That is a terrible idea.

From a law-enforcement perspective, the best protection we have against domestic terrorism is state, city, and municipal police. They are vastly more numerous than federal law-enforcement agents. (We have, for instance, approximately 35,000 police officers in New York City alone, but fewer than 14,000 FBI agents in the entire country.) The locals have more and often better intelligence sources at the street level, where domestic terrorism occurs, than their federal counterparts. Indeed, this is why the FBI invites robust local law-enforcement participation in its Joint Terrorism Task Forces, which are designed to combat both international and domestic terrorist operations on U.S. soil.

In the course of planning and carrying out their forcible intimidation, domestic terrorists commit many state crimes. These can be difficult for the feds to charge because they often lack a clear jurisdictional hook — e.g., some effect on interstate commerce. If domestic terrorism is going to be thwarted, local law-enforcement must be the point of the spear. This is not to say the feds do not have a role; in fact, they provide critical enforcement assistance, such as intelligence, interstate coordination, and prosecutions under RICO, civil-rights, and weapons-of-mass-destruction laws. If the feds nationalized domestic terrorism, however, it would deplete the sparse but essential resources necessary to combat international terrorism. State and local law enforcement would lack the jurisdiction to fill such a void.

Let’s close by getting back to the civil-rights concerns. I know this sounds crazy, but Donald Trump will not be president forever. In fact, he hasn’t been president that long . . . meaning, it was not so long ago that we were dealing with an Obama administration — and its media-Democrat pom-pom squads — that regarded limited-government conservatives, Second Amendment proponents, and many veterans returning from overseas military service as “right-wing extremists” who posed a threat of “domestic terrorism.” Someday, maybe sooner than we’d like to think, Democrats are going to be in power again. Do we really want to give them enhanced federal powers to harass ideological opponents under the guise of “designating” domestic terrorist threats?

Right this minute, in terms of confronting Antifa or any other domestic terrorist organization, we have a more robust array of state and federal law-enforcement powers than we have ever had. Moreover, coordination between federal and state law-enforcement and national-security officers is as good as it has ever been. All that is required to gut Antifa is the will to do it — the will to say, “Regardless of our disparate political views, we Americans draw the line at violent extortion that eviscerates our right to speak, assemble, and engage in constitutionally protected political activity.”

I’d humbly suggest we work on that, rather than wasting our energy on meaningless and potentially counterproductive theater like designating domestic terrorist organizations.

Radical mosque’s ‘community organizer’ arrested in Boston

Islamic Society of Boston | WikimediaCommons

Conservative Review, by Jordan Schachtel, Aug. 21, 2017:

A Guardian contributor associated with a radical Boston mosque was among the 33 protesters and rioters arrested in Boston this weekend for disturbing a peaceful free speech event.

While Boston officials maintain that the event was largely a peaceful counter-demonstration, the “counter-protest” to the free speech gathering was rife with leftist agitators, who routinely harassed conservatives and engaged in violence against opposition voices. Plenty of evidence of intimidation and violence was on display.

Ayesha Kazmi, who has written several articles for the far-left UK-based publication the Guardian, was arrested on charges of disturbing a public assembly, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.

Writing for the Guardian, Kazmi covered the Boston Marathon bombings, the Occupy Wall Street movement, the “militarisation of policing,” and the civil rights of Muslims in the U.S.

Today, she works as a “community organizer” and assistant to the executive director of the Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center (ISBCC), which is a hotbed for domestic terrorist recruitment.

The mosque’s executive director, Yusufi Vali, has in the past insisted, “My team and I have never personally come across any individual in our congregation seriously considering any fanatical ideology,” but the facts beg to differ. From the beginning, the ISBCC has been plagued with the most radical elements of Islamist ideology.

The Islamic Society of Boston was founded by Abdurahman Alamoudi, who was later sentenced to 23 years in jail for supporting an al-Qaida plot. The mosque was also closely affiliated with Yusuf al-Qaradawi, a global Muslim Brotherhood leader who has endorsed suicide bombings against U.S. soldiers. Several convicted terrorists once worshipped there. This includes the Boston Marathon bombers and Aafia Siddiqui, who plotted an al-Qaida attack on New York City.

Kazmi’s arrest is just one of many examples highlighting the “unholy alliance” between far-left groups and radical Islam, which seek a common cause in attempting to undermine the American way of life.

U.S. Islamic Movement Enters Final Stage

Understanding the Threat, by John Guandolo, Aug. 20, 2017:

The leading edge of the Islamic Movement’s Final Stage in the United States is upon us.  The violence is now beginning in earnest.

One day in the future, history will record with great astonishment how military leaders, politicians on both sides of the aisle, intelligence professionals, and others were catastrophically unprofessional for 16 years after 9/11/2001, thus putting the American people in grave peril.

Understanding the Threat’s (UTT) has trained thousands of local, state and federal officers/agents on the Islamic threat (sharia and the jihadi network in the US), the hard-left Marxist/Socialist/Communist threat, and how these Movements work together to bring down the U.S. government.

The response to UTT’s training is always the same:  (1) none of those in attendance, including FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force agents/officers, have ever heard the information presented, and (2) they all agree it is critical to protecting their communities.  See some comments here.

When UTT’s President John Guandolo was recruited out of the FBI by the Department of Defense (end of 2008) he briefed a number of 3 and 4 star generals and admirals, numerous Members of Congress, the Chairmen of the House Intelligence, Homeland Security, and Judiciary Committees, former Directors of intelligence agencies, former National Security Advisors, and others.  None of these good men and women were aware of the massive jihadi network in the United States, nor what sharia is and how it operates to drive the Global Islamic Movement.

UTT’s Chris Gaubatz’s experience (2008) undercover inside the headquarters of U.S. Hamas doing business as the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) revealed “America’s largest muslim civil rights group” – as they are called – is engaged in fraud, sedition, espionage, and terrorism.  Yet CAIR and its leaders are unimpeded in their work by U.S. agencies sworn to dismantle them.

Today, the situation is significantly worse than it was nine years ago.  The enemy has gained significant ground in the war while our leaders have barely scratched the surface on understanding the danger facing the Republic.

The Muslim Brotherhood has increased their ground game:

*Insinuated Muslim Brotherhood sympathizers into Mr. Trump’s administration and utilized their network to cease efforts to designate the MB a terrorist organization – with support from Mrs. Clinton.

*Created an army of attorneys to do battle in U.S. courts to slow down judicial action by US government

*Expanded their Islamophobia campaign to bring social media giants Facebook, Twitter and others onboard to stifle free speech, specifically truthful speech about Islam.

*Broadened their cooperative efforts with hard-left Marxist organizations to directly attack those individuals and organizations speaking truth about Islam.

* Leaders within the Islamic Movement:  (Hatem Bazian) call for an intifada (violent uprising) in the United States; (Linda Sarsour) call for jihad against the President; numerous U.S. imams are calling for the annihilation of Jews here; and many Islamic leaders are openly calling for sharia to be imposed in the United States.

Now, the violent war UTT has warned about and predicted inside the United States has begun.

The Islamic Movement’s initial tool for violence in the United States is the anarchists and “domestic terrorist” hard-left Marxist/Socialist Communist organizations, including Antifa, Black Lives Matters, and dozens of groups forming together.

Many of these people and groups call for the killing of the President, as did Missouri State Senator Maria Chappelle-Nadal.

These are the Brown Shirts of the 21st century.

These violent and subversive Movements have hundreds if not thousands of groups giving them direct support like the Southern Poverty Law Center, J-Street, Transgender Law Center, Center for New Community, Franciscan Action Network, Gay & Lesbian Advocates & Defenders, Interfaith Alliance, Jews Against Islamophobia, Jews for Racial and Economic Justice, Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund, American Center for Outreach, ACLU, Arab American Anti-Discrimination Committee, Arab American Institute, Asian Americans Advancing Justice, NAACP, National Gay & Lesbian Task Force, National Lawyers Guild, Anti-Defamation League and many others.

For a more extensive list of the George Soros funded Marxists/anarchist groups click HERE.

These two massive Movements in the United States funded by external and internal entities whose stated goal is the destruction of the United States.  They publish doctrine, websites, speeches, and books which call for the overthrow of our government, and then take actions in furtherance of these goals.

This is not only a violation of numerous federal laws, but these actions demand that all people who are in positions of authority and who have sworn an oath to the Constitution have a duty to take actions to destroy these Movements and defend our Republic.

As the violence escalates we will see social unrest like occurred in Baltimore, Ferguson, Berkley, and elsewhere. But it will be much worse.

Remember the Brown Shirts were killed on the Night of the Long Knives and Adolf Hitlers Black Shirts took charge.  So it is in history with Movements like this.

Remembering this is a war of narratives – and Information War – more than anything else, all of these escalating actions will come with a pre-planned propaganda campaign just like we saw in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Here are five things citizens are encouraged to do:

  1. Understand the Islamic threat. Use the resources at and know what sharia is and what it says. Sharia drives the enemy in this war. Be weary of those who vilify the Muslim Brotherhood, and then defend Islamic doctrine as being “peaceful.”  Remember, the Islamic Movement is the leading element in this war.  They are using the left as their tools.  Do not lose focus.
  2. Understand the play book of the hard-left Marxist Movement in the United States.  Read Rules for Radicals.
  3. Move quickly to educate open-minded people in your community, especially those with leadership qualities.  Remember Sheriffs and Pastors are the two groups of people we need most right now in this war.
  4. Develop the right mind-set. Think August 1939 Poland.  “Resistance Movements” can simply be citizens organizing to support those defending their states/communities in numerous ways.
  5. Know the foundation upon which this nation was created: the law of nature (legally defined as the will of God) and nature’s God (legally defined as “Holy Scripture”).

Leaders of the US Council of Muslim Organizations, the leading MB element in the US. General Masul of the Muslim Brotherhood Nihad Awad (also Hamas leader) is front row 3rd from right

For every person who becomes educated as to the true nature of the threats we face as a nation is another person who will be fully committed to defending it at a deep level.

Speak truth boldly.

Charlottesville, Race, and Republican Virtue-Signaling

Why Trump’s condemnation of “all sides” was scorned.

Front Page Magazine, by Bruce Thornton, Aug. 18, 2017:

The blood on the ground in Charlottesville hadn’t dried before the race industry was fulminating full blast, and anxious Republicans were furiously virtue-signaling. Once more we see the toxic wages of our incoherent and politicized racial discourse.

Trump’s general condemnations of the white supremacists and their rally at which a woman was run-over and killed by a loser with a Hitler fetish was insufficient for both sides. Republicans and progressives alike demanded that he call out by name the various fringe-groups that organized the rally. All were outbidding one another to display their righteous indignation and complete freedom from the slightest taint of racism. Ted Cruz’s statement is typical: “The Nazis, the KKK, and white supremacists are repulsive and evil, and all of us have a moral obligation to speak out against the lies, bigotry, anti-Semitism, and hatred that they propagate.” It doesn’t take much bravery to make a statement so obviously true and widely approved outside a tiny fringe movement.

Then followed demands to call the murder “domestic terrorism”; the opening of a DOJ investigation; three days of NeverTrump dudgeon over Trump’s gaffe; and endless progressive analyses of the alt-right and racist moles that have burrowed into Trump’s administration. Long before Charlottesville, the anti-Trump “resistance” had decided he was a crypto-racist issuing “dog whistles” to his knuckle-dragging, gap-toothed base which in Bill Clinton’s day Dems called “angry white men.”

Thus the narrative was set, and any questioning of it considered bad form or even a sign that the critic is a minion of the Imperial Wizard or Grand Cyclops. The endless Two-Minute Hate Whitey was on, and it doesn’t do to interrupt it ritual.

But conclusions should be drawn. First, the eagerness and zeal of many Republicans to put themselves on the side of the angels demonstrate once again how thoroughly they have endorsed the race-hacks’ preposterous and self-serving rules for racial discourse, no matter how incoherent or distorting they are of today’s reality.

For example, both sides agree that “white supremacism” targeted specifically at blacks is a unique evil transcending all others, including anti-Semitism, the on-going jihadist genocide against Christians in the Middle East, or the jihadist terror that slaughtered people in Boston, Orlando, and San Bernardino. Assent to this demand that racism against blacks is the supreme evil––as are all, by the way, reductions of humans to any materialist determinism––is not enough. White racism is America’s original sin from which all other sins derive. But unlike Christianity’s doctrine of the Fall, there is no possibility for redemption. The taint is forever.

No matter that the concrete manifestations of this sin have been mostly reduced to subjective “microagressions” that only the victim can perceive, or statistical “disparities” the numerous causes of which are reduced to one––racism––despite the absence of any evidence that people have consciously or even unconsciously constructed “institutional racism.”  The nasty, brutal, widespread racism that once engendered night-riders, lynching, legal segregation, and casual daily violence and humiliation may be gone, but like Jimmy Carter’s adultery, every day all whites sin against blacks “in their hearts,” and enjoy the social order that perpetuates their racism and protects their “white privilege.” Questioning this assumption reveals a stiff-necked indulgence of sin, and a need for public confession and verbal self-flagellation. Hence the heated condemnations of Trump issued by the Republicans, which signaled their acceptance of the narrative and their personal righteousness.

But conservatives who accept that preposterous narrative will never be redeemed. No amount of groveling or rhetorical hair-shirts or preemptive cringing will save them from their endemic racism. They are always and forever racists, because they are ideological opponents of the political aims that the purveyors of the narrative are pursuing––more power to the left, more redistribution of wealth to its clients, more and bigger government to create more socialist cronyism of the sort on which the progressives feed.

The narrative, in other words, is an instrument of political leverage and power, not a description of reality. Identity politics based on grievance and victimization requires that there always be grievances and victims. Progress cannot be admitted, no more than any of us can be born free from Original Sin. The permanence of racial sin, and the need for whites to act in ways that advantage the “victims,” forbid such reconciliation.

Thus the reflexive and hyperbolic condemnations of white racism are instruments of power. If a faction can make people do what it wants them to do to benefit itself, that is power. Campus protestors coercing from the president or administration scholarship money, programs, research centers, and more black-studies faculty hires, is power. Making public officials passionately and anxiously demonstrate their absence of racism is power. Getting the president to issue the specific condemnation that the faction demands is power.

Moreover, success in achieving one demand breeds more demands. So even though Trump specifically called out the alt-right, the KKK, and the neo-Nazis, Nancy Pelosi is now demanding that the president fire advisor Steve Bannon, and thus tacitly confess the important role the racist alt-right played in his election. This is the essence of political correctness: requiring public obeisance to interpretations of political and social disagreements that benefit the left. Political correctness is power.

The wide-spread acceptance of this ideologically skewed racial logic makes justified complaints about a double standard useless. The fringe groups that assembled in Charlottesville are nationally negligible. They are universally despised and shunned. Their national profile is the result of the progressives and the media weaponizing them against Trump. They have no chance whatsoever of amassing enough of a following to win any national public office. As a threat to blacks they are nothing compared to the thousands of black men murdered by other black men every year. But again, the practical consequences of their despised ideology don’t matter. It’s the political use to which their lunatic beliefs can be put.

That is why Trump’s condemnation of “all sides” was scorned. We all know that Black Lives Matter has played a role in the war on cops that contributed to assassinations of police in Texas, Baton Rouge and elsewhere. Some of the assailants said they were “influenced” by BLM rallies, at which chants like “Pigs in a blanket, fry ’em like bacon” or “Dead cops now” are heard. We know that the Antifa bunch are notorious for using violence to shut down talks or protests they don’t like. As the videos show, they came to Charlottesville armed and ready to rumble, as did the supremacists.

But when have we heard Republicans with similar intensity demand that Obama, Loretta Lynch, the NAACP, the Black Congressional Caucus, or any Democrat leaders call out by name these “domestic terrorists”? Indeed, a BLM official was welcomed to Obama’s White House and fulsomely praised. Obama and his AG Eric Holder serially reinforced the despicable lie that the police target innocent black men for murder, the pretext for BLM’s protests. A few Republicans commented on this abuse of public office, but we heard nothing like last week’s vehemence.

And how do the media get away with calling the Antifa protestors vague “counterprotestors,” when video footage shows them fighting with gusto and wielding weapons like staffs or even ignited aerosol spray-cans? How are the supremacists, who had legal permits to hold a rally and exercise of their First Amendment rights, the sole “cause” of the mayhem? Would that woman have died if the Antifa thugs, masters of the old anarchist “propaganda of the deed,” hadn’t infiltrated the protest and fueled the violence, as they have done numerous times across the country?

This isn’t “whataboutism,” the latest rationalization of NeverTrump apologists hiding their double standards. This is about using a consistent standard based on consistent principle, such as violence or murder should never be used to violate any group’s First Amendment rights, a principle that should be applied consistently without exception or rationalization or making some people’s rights or deaths more equal than others’.

Trump and his advisors need to understand how pervasive the left’s racial narrative is, and anticipate it when commenting on events like the Charlottesville killing. Once he has thrown a bone to the identity politics tribunes and fearful Republicans, then he should call out the leftist thugs and demand that their Democrat enablers condemn them by name. And don’t buy into the narrative that historical crimes give the victims’ descendants, no matter how free and privileged, a perpetual weapon to use against their political enemies. That claim is not about justice or morality.  It is simply an instrument of political power.

4 ways to shut down the fascist authoritarians for good

Karla Cote | Flickr

Conservative Review, by Jordan Schachtel, Aug. 14, 2017:

After the violence in Charlottesville, Va., this past weekend, many have rightfully sounded the alarm about the dangerous rise of identity politics in the United States. This ugly conception has no place in the mainstream discourse. Here’s the best way to tackle the extremist rhetoric spewed and violent actions carried out by members of these groups.

1. Let them speak

Silencing speech is antithetical to the founding of this nation. Government censorship of speech based on wholly subjective matters is a terrifying proposition — one that can be harnessed by a future leader to impose fascism in America. Sunlight is the time-tested, best disinfectant to hateful speech. Treat fascists like the inbred members of the Westboro Baptist Church. Mock them, denounce them, and trash their ideology, but don’t trample on their rights as Americans.

2. Maintain law and order

Hateful people have the right to say whatever they want; they do not have the right to transition that speech into actionable force upon other people. The role of the police is to protect the former while preventing the latter.

During the clashes between the neo-Nazis and far-left fascists in Charlottesville, Va., this past weekend, the police were nowhere to be found. According to the ACLU, political operatives told police not to “intervene until given command to do so.”

When the neo-Nazis and communists were reenacting World War II’s Eastern Front battles, police were ordered to stand down for reasons unknown. The escalating violence eventually led to an act of horrific terror, in which an apparent neo-Nazi drove into a counter-protesting crowd, killing one individual and injuring 19 more.

Our political leaders must entrust police with enforcing law and order, while protecting our constitutional rights. Rioters should never be granted free space to destroy property and attack innocents. It only empowers their totalitarian cause.

3. Condemn all forms of fascism and totalitarianism

Don’t be a hypocrite: Condemn the communist fascists of Antifa, the white nationalist fascists who claim a place on the Right, the Islamo-fascists who preach sharia law, and others who seek to impose their will on the rights of the individual. They forward a supremely evil, collectivist, ethno-supremacist, racist, anti-American ideology.

With so much in common, these elements tend to overlap from time to time. For example, Jason Kessler, the organizer of the “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, was once reportedly a member of the radical Occupy Wall Street movement.

In one such example of hypocrisy that has exploded on social media, Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe refused to also condemn the Antifa members who rioted in Charlottesville, choosing only to single out the white nationalist crowd for agitating rhetoric.

Democrats who refuse to denounce Antifa, for fear of alienating their base, have no place in a major political party in America. The same goes for Republicans who worry that denouncing white nationalist elements may harm them politically.

4. Attack their ideology

Across the political spectrum, many were disappointed with President Trump’s boilerplate condemnation of “both” sides following the violence in Charlottesville.

It’s not enough for President Trump to merely denounce the “hate.” He also has a duty to identify and refute the ideology that serves as the basis for hatred, so that others can join him in distinguishing between our civil society and the haters who seek to divide us.

On Monday, President Trump took a step in the right direction in denouncing the white nationalist, neo-Nazi ugliness that was on display in Charlottesville.

But there’s still more that he can do to isolate and marginalize these outfits. Here’s how former President Ronald Reagan, a proficient ideological warrior, addressed the extremist groups.

Adolf Hitler joined the German Workers’ Party as only its seventh member. It’s past time for all responsible, freedom-loving people to stop these nefarious elements before they continue picking up steam and entering into our mainstream politics.

Threat to Homeland High – Negotiation Not the Solution

Understanding the Threat, by John Guandolo, July 24, 2017:

Famed terrorist Carlos the Jackal said:  “Only a coalition of Marxists and Islamists can destroy the United States.”

In September 2015, UTT published a brief article entitled The Convergence of Threats which illuminates the marriage between the U.S. Islamic Movement and the hard-left Marxists.  Today, this marriage moves ever closer to is objective of overthrowing the U.S. government.

In a time when the Republic is in such grave danger from external (China, North Korea) and internal threats (Jihadists, Marxists, Progressives, Communists), and because the threats have massed and are launching unending assaults in our courts, our schools, our political system, and our communities – both violent and non-violent – the response cannot be gradual and it cannot be measured.

The strongest action possible must be taken against revolutionaries inside our nation, be they Antifa, Black Lives Matter, Industrial Areas Foundation, Communist Party USA, Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas, or any others.  All nations working to undermine the United States, like China, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Pakistan, Qatar, North Korea, Venezuela, and others must be dealt with harshly and swiftly.

We are at war for the integrity of our nation, and nothing should cause us to hesitate or falter.

During World War II, German spies/saboteurs arrived on American soil in 1944 with orders to destroy critical U.S. infrastructure.  Fearing capture, two of the spies turned themselves in and ratted out the other 6 who were captured at the end of June of the same year.  President Roosevelt ordered a military tribunal, and on August 8, approximately five weeks later, all six were executed.

While the Manhattan Project was in full operation creating the atomic bombs that would be dropped on Japan and end World War II, spies penetrated secret U.S. laboratories and were stealing secrets about the project.  Brigadier General Paul Tibbets (USAF, retired) who piloted the Enola Gay, which delivered the first atomic bomb in Hiroshima, Japan, spoke in November 2000 about his experiences.  Tibbets detailed how the United States handled at least two spies during wartime.  He told a story, directly related to him by one of the men involved, about a meeting between a traitor/spy and his handler in Chicago.  U.S. government officials witnessing the meeting shot them dead in the streets of Chicago and left them there. See Tibbets video HERE (43:55-45:50).

Today, Secret/Top Secret information is being leaked to the media for political gain, gravely damaging the security of the United States.  Government officials and elected representatives in both political parties at the federal level are protecting, aiding and abetting, and providing material support to enemies of the United States, including Hamas and Al Qaeda terrorists in suits, as well as leaders of hostile nation states like Iran and Saudi Arabia.

Members of the media are providing material support to these same terrorists by allowing terrorists to use their networks as platforms for propaganda and for destroying the reputations and lives of people who are working to fight against this threat, uphold the law, and honor their Oaths of Office.

Judges are using their benches to assault the integrity of our nation’s laws while ignoring their duty to the Constitution and the ideals found in the Declaration of Independence.

Local officials, including mayors, city council members, school board officials, some law enforcement leaders, university presidents and officials, and others are regularly surrendering our founding principles and our security to hard-left Marxists and jihadis just for the sake of avoiding conflict and controversy.

Our universities have, to a great extent, become places of indoctrination and not education, which is an intentional means to achieve our enemies objectives.

Understanding the threat is always the first step, but Americans must also understand these hostile movements at a much deeper level.  Every action taken by these movements – even if the action itself is legal – serves to aid these Movements’ overall goal of overthrowing the U.S. government.  This makes these actions unlawful under Title 18 US Code Chapter 115 as they act to aid in conspiracies to overthrow the government.  This includes Advocating Overthrow of Government, Seditious Conspiracy, Misprision of Treason, Treason, and others.

Yet, the federal government is catastrophically broken and is not currently able to deal with the threats bearing down on us.  This is why it is imperative for all Patriots to understand this war will be won – or lost – at the local level in their community.  Sheriffs and Pastors are key, but active citizens will win the day.

If you live in a community which is surrendering to the Islamic Movement and the hard-left Marxists, UTT suggests you move to a community that has a desire to live and thrive as a free people.

There is a war going on and every able-bodied Patriot is needed.  County by county, state by state.

By the grace of God and the help of a few Marines, America can be liberated.

Dom Raso warns that there is an organized anarchy occurring in America led by people who hate our president and who hate those who support him. With obstructionist politicians putting American security at risk in exchange for a cheering crowd and a photo opp, the media spewing false information and celebrities giving speeches about oppression, it’s time to cut the crap, Raso says. We’re at war with a growing evil culture that wants you dead.

Dom Raso warns that the threat of radical Islamic terror is not going away. He urges Americans to get the training necessary to make our homes, neighborhoods and communities the worst places on earth to try to kill innocent people. The Second Amendment was written for times like these, says Dom, and it’s exactly what the founders intended.
